Summary of Research Interests

During last several years, my interests covered the following topics :

  • Jost function for analytic potentials
  • Theory of quantum resonances
  • Interaction of $\eta$-meson with light nuclei
  • Effective cluster-cluster potentials in few-nucleon systems
    (such as $^4$He-$^4$He, N-$^3$He, $^3$He-$^5$He, $^3$H-$^5$Li etc.)
  • Three-body mechanism of nucleosynthesis in stars
  • Nucleus-nucleus reactions inside muonic molecules
  • Nonadiabatic method for treatment of quantum mechanical
    three-body problem with one light particle
  • Burning of water (the fusion $pp{^{16}{\rm O}}\to
{{^{18}{\rm Ne}}^*(1^-)}$ inside ${\rm H}_2{\rm O}$ molecule)

Recently, I started working on two new subjects:

  • Resonances in semiconductor heterostructures

  • Quantum econo-physics (application of the methods of quantum
    mechanics to financial markets)
